Check in time is 3:00 p.m. til 5:00 p.m. Please make arrangements with us if you plan to arrive late.  Check out time is promptly at 11:00 a.m.  You must leave all keys upon departure. Replacement Fee is $15 per key. 

There is a one time departure maid fee of $120.00. Security Deposit is $500.00, If you have Pets please add an additional $200.00 to your deposit and a $75.00 will be deducted from deposit for flea spray when you depart.  50% of the total rental fee (including $500 damage deposit and pet deposit) required in advance to hold reservation. We accept Money Orders and Checks drawn on U.S. banks are accepted. (If securing with a check, it must be received within 3 days after booking has been made or the reservation will be canceled. Balance is due 30 days before check-in with personal checks, certified funds. Please note that we DO NOT furnish soap, cleaning supplies or paper products.  Cancellations or no shows forfeit deposit, if we can't rebook.

A $300.00 administration fee is assessed for all cancellations, and in order to receive any refund the house must be re-rented for that same period of time at the same rate. However, if Guest(s) cancel less than thirty (30) days prior to their arrival date Guest(s) advance payment will be forfeited.
